News: Bosch Acquires Ersol (Erfurt, Germany)

The German Bosch group acquires ersol, photovoltaic cell company based in Erfurt, Germany.  In the future, the company will be known as Bosch Solar Energy AG.  The remaining minority shareholders will receive 102.77 EUR for a share.
