Wind Power Capacity Grows in Missouri

Wind power capacity grows in Missouri faster than in any other US state. In the second quarter, the capacity grew as much as 90 % which is explainable by the low base of the capacity.  Furthermore, the growth comes essentially from only one project operated by Iberdrola Renewables.  (Read more: NY TimesTreehugger)

    i would prefer wind power over solar cells coz they do not waste a lot of area.,’

    wind power is just as good if not better than solar power. wind power also generates more power per unit area compared to solar`”~
